A request for prayer & positive energy to get our new home.

We're trying to get the house that is PERFECT for us. It actually has every single thing on our list of what we wanted in a home.  Two houses we've bidded on have fell through & then we found this one.  It's perfect.  I'm asking if you would please take a moment to send a prayer, a thought, some energy our way & to the sellers.  They're an older couple & they LOVE their house.  I do too.  They had a large family, they did a lot of cooking and baking & the kitchen is set up for it.  It's in the community we want to be in & it's on 1.5 acres.  There's even a greenhouse!!!!!!!!  It's 90 feet long!!!!!  If you knew about me and my gardening obsession.  Oh...and she's been an organic gardener for the past 36 years!!!!!  No waiting 3 years for the soil to be cleansed!  ALL Wood floors with a natural finish (I don't do chemicals I do an oil/beeswax on our floors at home), 5 bedrooms(we can go ahead with plans of adding to our family), a study (hello sewing room!), dining, family(huge learning room!!), living, covered/enclosed porches perfect for 'messy sensory, science & art experiences), garage....TREES!!!, quiet, beautiful, established beds, koi pond, 2 stories, 2.3/4 baths, full basement, well, fuel oil for our biodiesel!!!!  Room for the biodiesel setup...it is OUR home!  So please, please, please!!!!  Oh, and it's for an AMAZING!!!! deal.  oh, and it has a lap pool in the greenhouse heated with geothermal heat.  Hello helpful to Tyler's sensory issues!!!~   And, hello swimming!!!

Please, if you would take a minute & help us with our dream I would be so grateful.  Not only is the community Montessori friendly it's Vegan friendly too & the public schools are top notch so when the kids are ready for public school they can go if they want.  Oh, and they're the only school system with a set up for kids with sensory issues already!!!! 

I'm seriously planning to hand deliver a letter to them and I REALLY hope they'll accept our bid.  Oh, and did I say we're offering more than they're asking?  They seem to be searching for the right people for the house.  Help us share & show them we're the right people to adopt their home.
