Educational Swaps anyone?

Hey ya'll.  I've been thinking I really want to participate in some swaps to build up our continet bins.  I really want to have items rather than a bunch of cards I can make.  So...I wanna swap!  If you're interested in joining please post your name along with what you're interested in doing.  Then send me (MondorfmentSwaps AT Gmail Dot Com) your home address along with your email, name, what continent you want to do, and if you want to do shipping, electronic, or both!  And don't forget to share which continet you want to do.

I'd like to do the continents first...

1.North America (excludes Central America & the islands)

2.Central America & the islands ( I know it's part of North America but I think having them seperated really allows one to focus on each country.)

3.South America

4. Europe

5. Asia

6.Africa

7. Australia/Oceania

8.  Antarctic/Arctic


Coins, money, dolls, handmade stuff, books, postcards, fabric, games, maps...tangible things that would need to be shipped. 

Not interested in shipping costs?  Then do an electronic swap!  If you live/visited in the particular country... pictures of daily life, holidays, birthday celebrations, clothes, recipes, music compilations of your country, etc.  Remember to check that you have permission to use someone elses picture before sending it.

I think a month for everything to be put together is good.  If you think you need more time let me know and we'll extend the deadline.  So plan to have everything shipped to me by the first week in June.  I recommend shipping your items through

I contacted companies for their shipping costs.  USPS was like 45.00 for the flat rate medium box of 10lbs & 12x12x5 inches internationally to Australia (seems the most expensive place to ship too.) & 12 for domestic same size.  Fedex & UPS were close to 200.00...so...I recommend sending it usps.  If you feel like spending 200 well I'd be happy to collect the 200 & send your box USPS! ;)  I think if everyone sent a paypal payment to cover their shipping costs it'd be easier.  Any extra funds will be sent back to you.

Looking forward to a really great continent swap.  Also, if you have something extra but not enough for a group contact me for a private swap.  Let me know if you're interested in doing  a particular kind of swap too for the near future.
